A perfect optical zero joint and improved durability of the bonding are only two of the high demands he placed on the closed adhesive application system from Robatech. The heart of the new system is the EdgePro coating head. In combination with the RobaPUR 2 MOD melter, it achieves a controlled, repeatable PUR adhesive application over the full edge length and width of the workpiece. The effects on the entire process are enormous.
